I have never received my golf tent product from Zincera so I have no idea why they are asking me to fill this out. They took my money two months ago and I've never received the product so I wouldn't recommend donating $120 to Zincera for no reason but to fill out an online survey about them not getting the product to the client.

This is not what I expected and I haven't used it. I do want to send it back for a full refund. This net is so small I won't be able to hit wedges, the ball will go over top of the net. I definitely won't be able the hit a driver, the ball will go through this flimsy construction. Extremely disappointing. Apparently I now need to send a picture of the net setup before I can get the refund. It also took to long to deliver the product. Please send me the return address so I can send it back to you at your expense.

I set up the practice net and after hitting 10 balls, the lower left corner of the target attachment ripped. Is there a way to fix this??

This is very ironic that you could ask for a review for a product you have not delivered. I'm very disappointed with Zincera. As it stands now, I could refer you for anything. My order was placed on APRIL 20th, 2020. I received an email on April 27th saying my order was shipped. On May 20th, 2020 I emailed Christine with my concern asking where my paid for package was. Christine wrote back that the "virus" was holding it up. I accepted that then. I waited another week as she (Christine) requested and still no package. I again went to your website and asked for an answer or a refund. I was emailed again saying it was on the way and to track the progress. The progress has remained the same for going on two months. Is this how you do business? I can't see how you stay in business this way. Please send me what I paid for in April. This was intended to help during the COVID crisis. I feel very let down as do the other folks who would have enjoyed this product and possibly bought more.

The net I receive was only 4ft high and 5ft wide. It was way to small to hit balls into. It looked like it was built for children to play hockey with a tennis ball, Plus it came with no mat.( not important but would have been nice. Thank you for your consideration Mike Boenke

I would love to have this to give it a review. I ordered this golf practice net on April 13, 2020 and it has not yet arrived. Today is May 13th. I have gotten emails that say it is on its' way and to check the tracking number. The answer says it was never received at any shipping company. This was a birthday present for our 10 year old grandson. This is a shoddy way to do business.

My first shot pulled one of the target holders off, I didn't receive a mat which says in the email that it came with a mat, and that was also my expectation. It's also much smaller than I thought it would be. They must hire someone 4 ft tall to put it together in the set-up video.

I’d love to give a review if I ever receive it. Today is April 30. I ordered it on April 3. It was supposed to arrive April 13th. To date the tracking number I was given CANNOT be found. And I get no answers from the merchant!!!!!!

Don't get me wrong. This is actually a pretty good golf net. The instructions are not easy to understand, but once you figure it out, you're about home free. The mistake I made with my last net was leaving it out in the weather. So now, I break down the net after each use. Takes me less than five minutes tops. I leave the poles in their nylon slips and disconnect the poles at the very top which allows them to straighten out. I then roll up the whole thing and put it in the garage. Takes less than 5 minutes to set it up. The key is to color code the pole ends with their respective receivers. The target is a great addition. It serves two functions: 1) you see direct and offline shots and 2) it absorbs the blow of the golf ball so the net behind it doesn't take a beating. It takes about 47 attempts to figure out how to get the target to stay hooked up, but once you figure it out, you're good to go. My only complaint is a small tear appeared in the bottom fabric for no reason I can find. I fixed it with two inches of duct tape on top and bottom and have had no issues since. I'm pretty sure this material would succumb to the sun's rays and disintegrate but I've made that a non-issue. All in all, I get a lot of use out of it and like it.

Ordered the Zincera Golf Net last week and received prior to some company coming in for weekend. One of our guests is learning the game and it gave us some time in improving his ball contact, posture and balance. With the bullseye on the back drop it gave him a sense of launch angle from club/ball contact. Working well to keep the swing active.
