I ordered for water heard it from you. One order two boxes I paid for four water hoses, and only received two and I had a post office UPS tell me that I have received my order. There was two boxes in that order. I received two water hoses that I ordered. The the other two water hoses were sent to Tunstall. UPS personnel told me that I had gotten my order. I did not get that half of my order.

I skipped the line to get a cot tent in time for a road trip. The tent that was sent was not a double size according to the description in the shop. It was a smaller size and instead of enjoying a trip where we could enjoy sleeping in the tent together, we are taking turns sleeping on the ground. And suddenly the return has to happen after 21 days instead of 30 to get my money back. All around a terribly bad experience. And I didn't even get an apology for getting the wrong item.

I never received my order. I contacted Zincera and was told that it was no longer available due to manufacturer issues. An alternative was offered, however, the dimensions were drastically different and, therefore, was not a viable option.
My biggest issue is that I was not contacted directly. Additionally, this item is still for sale on the website. If I had not initiated the conversation, I would still be waiting for an item that was paid for but would never arrive. Disappointing!
I declined the offer and requested a refund. Hopefully, that will be handled in a timely manner.

Ordered a electric ice auger paid the extra jump ahead in line. Then was told they didn't have the electric auger and would I like a gas auger instead. I told them no and then was told it would be 10 days before I got my money back when they took it instantly!! Needles to say I will not buy anything from this company.

The canopy does not slide through the poles, the stitching is stiched too tight, my husband had to slice it open with a razor and use Gorilla tape to patch it up. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

Very nice dress for the $$. I'm embellishing it with lace on the collar, sleeves, and hem. Also, I have a big, ruffley petticoat to wear underneath. ALSO, I'm doing Polonaise "swags", using narrow ribbon to loop the swags up, and attach to large jump rings sewn to upper skirt. I'll send photo when done! Thanks for a great dress!

We appreciate being able to track the shipping and delivery timing. When we recorved it we were disappointed that it was as small as it was. It was easy to Assembler and works we'll but it is quite small!

It works great for my big dogs but it is to high of a pitch for my little dogs. They shake, pant and won’t move when it’s on. Unfortunately, that means I don’t use it often. A lot of money to not use it.

It was very small compared to the picture featured in the website. Looks more like a child’s tent and an adult’s tent . The mess kit did not come with protective handles on the frying pan or the pot so that’s dangerous. Again it’s more like a child’s toy

We ordered a t post driver and got our package, but it was missing several parts. In particular the part that drives the t post. When we asked where the rest of our order... we were told to return it with no offer to replace or send missing parts.

Reading all about the mill, stating that it would handle a 16" saw I ordered it. After getting it and assembling it, which was really easy, I was confronted with the fact that it would not handle my 16" chainsaw. When I tried using it I also found that it would not allow me to cut any wider log than a 8.5 inches. So now I have a mill that I can't use unless I purchase a bigger saw -minimum 24", or borrow one. I am reallly disappointed that the info was not specific enough...... should have looked harder.
